Home / Spirit Magicka
A calm spot for your thumb.
How to use it
Rub, breathe, repeat.
A glossy black oval with a smooth, thumb-sized groove. Worry stones have been used for centuries to ease stress: rub the groove gently with your thumb, slow your breathing, and let your mind settle.
Small enough for a pocket, a desk drawer or the nightstand, so it is close at hand whenever you need a quiet moment.
Size
Approx. 1.5 in (3.8 cm)
Each stone is one of a kind and varies slightly. The marble coaster and cloth are shown for styling only.
Protection · Grounding · Transformation
Volcanic glass, kept close for protection.
Obsidian forms when lava cools so quickly that it hardens into glass, which gives every stone its deep, mirror-like black.
In crystal tradition, obsidian is believed to absorb negative energy, encourage grounding and inspire personal transformation. It is linked with the root chakra and said to support stability, protection and inner strength.
Crystals have been prized for centuries for their beauty and believed metaphysical properties; Spirit Magicka makes no guarantee of any mystical or healing effect.
