Lapis lazuli is a rock made mainly of lazurite, a deep blue mineral, with white calcite and gold flecks of pyrite. It forms through contact metamorphism, which gives it that rich blue scattered with golden specks.
Cut into a pyramid, every face shows a different pattern of blue, white and gold.
The pyramid
A square base, four faces, one point.
In many cultures the pyramid is considered one of the strongest talismans on Earth, a symbol of eternal life, spirituality and cosmic energy.
Its square base and triangular sides are said to embody the physical body, life’s journey and a connection to a higher power.

A treasured blue
Prized for more than six thousand years.
Lapis lazuli has been treasured throughout history for its vibrant blue, a color linked with honor, royalty, power and spirituality. It has been valued and traded for over six thousand years across Afghanistan, Africa and Europe, and its name comes from a Persian word for blue.
Ground down, its deep blue with a hint of red undertone became ultramarine, a pigment artists coveted and that was exported far and wide. Lapis was also shaped into beads, cabochons and carvings.
The stone of wisdom, truth and inner vision.
In crystal tradition, lapis lazuli is said to enhance spiritual growth, inner vision and insight, bringing clarity and self-awareness. It is believed to stimulate the mind, encouraging intellectual exploration, creativity and critical thinking.
Lapis is also believed to aid communication and expression and to support harmonious relationships. It is associated with the third eye chakra, linked with intuition, spiritual awareness and higher consciousness.
Crystals have been prized for centuries for their beauty and believed metaphysical properties; Spirit Magicka makes no guarantee of any mystical or healing effect.
