Holding it
Pick the hand that feels right.
Pin the holding bead between your fingers and let the point hang freely. Your dominant hand gives more control and a steadier grip. Your non-dominant hand is said to leave you more open to receiving the pendulum's energy. Try both and keep whichever feels natural.
