Fool’s gold, straight from the earth.
Rough pyrite
A palmful of brass-gold sparkle.
Pyrite is an iron sulfide that grows in tiny natural cubes, and this rough piece is covered in them. Every little face catches the light, so the stone flashes brass-gold from every side.
Its gold-like shine earned it the name fool’s gold. Set it on your desk or shelf, add it to a collection, or carry it in your pocket.

The stone of good fortune.
Pyrite takes its name from the Greek pyr, meaning fire, and for thousands of years it has been believed to attract wealth and prosperity. One old tradition says a well-cleansed piece, kept in the pocket and touched by no one but its owner, brings abundance and luck. Miners digging for pyrite often find gold close by.
In crystal tradition, pyrite stands for good fortune, prosperity and passion. It is said to shield against negativity, spark creativity and strengthen confidence and self-worth, and it is linked with every chakra from root to crown and with divine masculine energy. Raw, unpolished stones are believed to keep the earth’s energy closest.
Crystals have been prized for centuries for their beauty and believed metaphysical properties; Spirit Magicka makes no guarantee of any mystical or healing effect.
