You receive 50 grams (1.7 oz) of tumbled aventurine mini gemstones, approximately 35 pieces, each about a quarter to half an inch across. Soft mint, jade and deep forest green, with the odd creamy pebble, all polished smooth.
Pour them into a bowl or dish with seashells and other treasures, or ring a larger crystal with them to frame its beauty and hold it steady; many collectors also believe mini gemstones amplify the larger stone's power.

What is aventurine?
Quartz with a hidden sparkle.
Aventurine is a variety of quartz scattered with shimmering specks of mica that give it a mysterious sparkle. Green is the most common color, but it also occurs in blue, yellow, brown, white, gray, orange and red.
Its name has a curious origin: in the 18th century, a jewelry maker accidentally added metal filings to melting glass, creating a beautiful iridescent material that was crafted into jewelry and later named aventurine. Aventurine has been found in Brazil, China, India, Italy, Nepal, Russia and Tibet.

Prosperity, luck and emotional healing.
Aventurine is known as a stone of prosperity, luck and emotional healing, and is said to be a good luck gem. Tibetans worked with aventurine to improve their creativity, believing it brought confidence, creativity and passion.
In crystal energy work it is considered a gentle stone. It is aligned with the heart chakra, significant for love and compassion, and with the throat chakra, for inspiration and compassion; the chakra system is described as the body's energy network, related to nerve bundles and organs.
Until the 1800s aventurine was called the stone of the Amazonians, the fierce and independent women warriors of ancient Greek myth, who set it into their breastplates as adornment and talisman.
Crystals and stones have been prized through the ages for their timeless beauty, rich history and believed metaphysical properties; Spirit Magicka makes no guarantee of any magical effect.
